2. About the App
StandPal is a break reminder app for desk workers. We send you notifications to stand up, stretch, and take care of your health during work hours.
3. Subscriptions
Free: Basic break reminders and habit tracking.
Premium: Extra features via in-app purchase through RevenueCat. Manage/cancel through your App Store or Play Store account.
4. Not Medical Advice
StandPal is not a medical device. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.
